RLU was established in 2015 as a joint venture between Barito Pacific Group, and Michelin Group.

PT MKC, a subsidiary of RLU, established a natural rubber processing plant in East Kalimantan.

The rubber processing plant of PT MKC began operations.

RLU published its first Annual Sustainability Report.

In 2020, RLU subsidiaries PT LAJ and PT WW became the first PBPH concessions in Jambi Province to receive forestry partnership approval.

Michelin officially became the sole shareholder of RLU.

OUR LOCATIONS

We operate across approximately 88,000 hectares within three concessions in Jambi and East Kalimantan, which includes 21,649 hectares of planted rubber and 15,000 hectares of fully controlled conservation area.
In addition, we operate a rubber factory in Samarinda with an annual production capacity of over 37,000 tons, and our head office is located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
